sometimes I HATE people. I hate people that think they know everything even when you've worked in a field for years and they come in and decide they are more knowledgeable than you. I hate people who think they know more than you when you know they don't. And THEN...when it's your job to say something, they throw it back in your face like YOU are being rude, when THEY are being the jackasses!! AARRGH. I just had one of those days at work....
