I'm sorry about your father. I know the holiday pain ... my family had a bit of a holiday curse about five years ago.

My mom died quite unexpectedly on 12/20/99. She was buried Christmas Eve. My dad was battling cancer at the time.

I went over to cook my dad dinner on Easter Sunday '00 and found him dead on the floor.
