Baked my first ever loaf of sourdough today! And mighty fine it turned out too. I've been looking after the yeast for a few weeks now, it's become my gross little pet. Satisfying to see it turned into something so delicious. I made some walnut pesto to go with. I should probably just call up Country Living and tell them they've found their
new cover girl.
