Yikes, I don't know how you can handle that sort of shift! I couldn't do it!

Dating within the company has worked out very well for me in the past. But I realize that every situation is different and it could end up very badly. You have to be prepared for that before getting into anything. Good luck though! It would suck to lose out on something amazing because you're afraid of taking a chance and dipping your pen in the company ink. One more thing; keep in mind company roles/positions. Sleeping with your boss is probably not the best idea.
