The VNV show was FUCKING AWESOME!!!!!11oneoneelevenoneone!!!!!!!
Seriously, one of the best shows I have ever seen. They rocked so fucking much I danced through all of it, Yes, dancing at a concert, fuck the people around me, it was to fucking rad not to. The chick in front of me starting grooving too, so we slowly pummeled all the stiff around us until we had a nice clear area. Was Beeeeuatiful.
My roommate says I dance good. I think the key to it is going with the beat, and not giving a flying fuck what anyone thinks. I am glad my roommate went though, I was going to go solo. If it was not for her, I would have had no one to save me from the lepperous old drugged out goth chick that kept attacking me. Worst part was, she got attacked by the same wierdo earlier that night.
So I did not see VNV at their own after party, was kind of sad. Apparently DJ Brian Pollard was talking trash about the band. So everyone gave him shit at the culb, fucker. I guess they might have shown up, by 2:45 I was so fucking tired from dancing from 9-then that I had bail out. Well, that and the two dudes next to me that had been making out for an hour started to fall over on to me "accidentally" anytime I would sit down. Oh well, at least someone thinks I am hot, even if it is other guys.
We also met my friend Adrian and a few of his peoples there. Its funny because Adrian is sooooo not goth. hehe A little emo, but I am probably the most goth exposure he has had. Which makes the shock he must have went through that much better since I am not really goth. Was pretty rad though, God DAMN was he SMASHED. He dances like the ultimate white boy. I love him for it. Maybe when disco is revived he can sail a bit smoother. His ability to do whatever he wants regardless of other people there though is why he rules.

You're right about dancing- it's all about not giving a fuck what other people think. If you're really into it, people can tell and that makes you a great dancer. I'm usually dancing so fucking hard on the dancefloor that people are like "woah" but you can definitely tell I love the music.
