Hello my friends 
You may have guessed I'm in kind of a good mood. My shitty knee feels better and I was able to go bowling tonight for leagues. Did pretty well and had some fun. They don't think I'm gonna need surgery on it now, down the road it will be inevitable, but for the moment, thats awesome
Also, I started dieting in an effort to lost 100 pounds. Its been three days so far of walking 2+ miles a days, and Atkins, gotta love that, and I feel great. I've lost weight, I have more energy, and my creative juices are flowing like crazy.
Sounds kinda dirty doesn't it
I write and for the first time in a few years, I want to write. Feels great, I can't wait to be healthy and not get winded typing!
*catches breath, grabs inhaler*

You've seen Spaceghost right? That's another fave Adult Swim toon of mine. I love that the animation is so basic. They used the same layout on every show, with only minor character animations. Sealab is also freakin' hilarious.
