I don't think I'm sad, just not terribly happy.
The wheels have been set into motion for my move,
let the higher bosses know today and I don't know
what I'm feeling.
I've moved before, began again but being alone
doesn't thrill me. Don't expect a ready made life
but one that I could be happy with would be nice
for a while.
Is simplicity too much to ask? Someone to curl up
and watch movies with. Have breakfast or a cup of
coffee without having to say much but enjoy each
others company.
I like doing nice things for someone I'm with, just
not sure how to be with them without expecting the
worst. It's not an excuse but I can't give much more
of myself away so I stay guarded. Besides, I couldn't
catch a signal from someone if my life depended on it
