We have scrapped our entire band. This sucks. A few months ago I was all excited that we finally found a drummer, bassist, and second guitarist. The drummer left a while ago and the other two have been booted because they weren't showing up for practice. It's a relief to get rid of the dead weight but it's also annoying that we have to start over. On the plus side, I've been writing some decent songs lately. The music, anyway. I suck at lyrics. I know this band could go somewhere if we could find the right people. I still can't believe nobody in Chicago wants to make a serious go at this.
