From what I've heard from those who know her best, they say she can rip it. She used to be in a Metallica cover band so she can't be all bad. She says she just needs to start playing again to get her fingers back into shape.

Hell yeah! I got the job at UOP! I will finally and forever be getting out of the torment, the anguish, the sheer agony that is retail. I'm sure my boss and his boss will be pissed but I don't really care at this point. I'll finally be working normal hours in a much less stressful environment. O frabjous day! Callooh! Callay!

Teaching myself. The hardest part of the violin so far is holding the bow properly so that it makes sound instead of squeaking. That and getting used to the tuning. I figure after a few months I'll be comfortable enough to start using them for recording or whatnot.
