Greetings faithful followers, loyal friends, and random stumble uponers!
Hope everyone is doing well during this unprecedented era of COVID-19, state and country shutdowns, face covering and physical distancing protocols. Mrs. DeadGuitarist and I are doing well, surprisingly not getting on each other's nerves too much. We don't go out much, except to our therapist, an occasional store run. We've been cooking more at home, though we still order food and grocery delivery, things we were doing before COVID-19 struck and Nevada shutdown.
About a month ago, through our local Better Business Bureau, I was able to score $500-$600 worth of boneless, skinless chicken breasts (20 pounds), ground beef (10 pounds), 6 12 ounce USDA Choice grade boneless strip steaks, 6 12 ounce USDA Choice grade boneless ribeye steaks, and 10 USDA Choice grade top sirloin steaks for $285 from a local wholesaler. With all the restaurants and casinos closed, they had inventory that would have gone to waste, so they offered it up to BBB members at wholesale prices. The freezer in the refrigerator we have in the garage is nearly full now, even after giving some of it to my brother.
Enough chit chat...
@alissagunn's debut photo set, Desert Rose was released to Member Review on 30 April 2020. If you haven't seen it yet, please go have a looksie and give it a ❤️ and a nice comment. It's got just over 1300 ❤️s. I'd love for it to hit 1500. We shot this set on a warm late November afternoon at Jean Dry Lake, which is about 20 miles south of Las Vegas.
Her second set, Bedroom Eyes is scheduled to hit Member Review in about 3 months, so late August. You guys are going to love this one. It's 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥! We shot this one in my home studio in early January. Here's a couple of sneak peeks.
It only gets hotter from there!
We also shot a rock 'n' roll themes set that same evening. It's going on my Patreon later this year, but here's a couple of unedited samples.
Stay Tuned...
