Greetings from Fabulous Las Vegas to all my faithful followers, friends, and random stumble uponers.
Before I give you a sneak peek photo from my photo session last week, with... well, I can't give you her name yet, because I don't know what name she's picked for her SG alias... she hasn't signed up yet... but she'll be a new SG Hopeful, I want say a couple of other things first...
Congratulations to @rainelee and @zen! @rainelee's Bubble Butt set shot by @zen was selected and purchased. It will be featured as Set of the Day sometime soon. Most of you know @zen is supremely talented. I've had her photograph me for my professional portraits, and I hired her to photograph Mrs.DeadGuitarist and my intimate 25th Wedding Anniversary vow renewal ceremony. Besides our officiant/counselor, @Zen was the only other person there. I consider @zen a friend, even though we don't hang out or exist in the same circles. @rainelee is exquisitely beautiful and sexy. Bubble Butt is a gorgeous set, and one of my favorite recent sets. Well done and congratualtions @rainelee and @zen.
Congratulations to @leemalee and @shiolah! @shiolah's set, Baby Bat, was selected, purchased, and coming to the Front Page as Set of the Day soon. @leemalee is one of my favorite models and photographers on SG. IMO, she's extremely talented on both sides of the camera. @shiolah is super cute and sexy. I don't think I need to say more. Well done and congratulations to @shiolah and @leemale!
Now for the sneak peek. We shot this at Jean Dry Lake, which is about a half hour drive from my home/studio. Lots of activities occur out there. It's quite dusty out there... sandy and the lake bed is made of very fine clay. On our shoot day, there were people offroading in 4-wheelers, dirt bikes, and dune buggies, a model rocket club was having a meetup, shooting off rockets, and a search and rescue squad was doing some training. Here's a photo of my Jeep after we got back to town. I had to wipe off the license plate as it was virtually unreadable, and the backup camera.
Ok now the sneak peak. I don't know if this photo will make it into the final set. I'm still editing the photos. I'm about 33% done with photo editing; I expect to be done next week. She'll have to cull them down to 60 or less since she originally selected 71 photos. She'll probably submit the set in early December, and if approved to go into the queue, will likely hit MR in March or April.
Enjoy!
Stay Tuned...
