.... so this weekend I got to meet our baby, Sprocket! For any one who doesn't read Shuv's blog, which I don't think leaves many, Sprocket is a 7 month old Corn Snake. We named him after the dog in Fraggle Rock.
He is sooo cool... the markings and colours are awesome although he looks a bit more redder then the camera suggest. We also think he is due to shed his skin so the colours have dulled a little because of it.
Friday was his first day out of the tank while at Shuv's home, he go a bit of excercise before I got there and then seemed very happy slithinging up and down my arms for a while.
Sunday was feeding day.... his second feed since being at Shuv's. So into the tank were put 2 freshly deepfried pinkies which he soon sniffed out and ate in no time at all.
Can't wait to see him again but I don't think I will be there for a feed for quite a while as they fall in weekdays for the next few times. <3
... and for no reason at all....
