Yesterday was 19 years since we lost Stiv Bators. Not only was he a good friend, he was the greatest singer I have ever heard. From the Dead Boys, to his solo career, to the Lords of the new Church there will never be another like him. RIP my friend.

Phil Spector was convicted today of the murder of Lana Clarkson. I don't care what records he produced, the man is a psycho and deserves to be behind bars. I remember hearing the stories of him pulling a gun on the Ramones when they were recording. I'm finally out of the job from hell! I never thought this day would come. In 10 days I start a new job with a company that actually has decent hours and benefits. I feel like I have a whole new life.

Ouch! I just tried to move a large bookcase and think I may have gotten my shoulder slightly out of socket. It doesn't seem to be too badly disclocated, but it's my own fault for trying to do it by myself. I think it's time to admit that I'm getting old!
