Well babies, what can I say, I had an interview with Hot Topic two weeks ago and apparently Im not good enough to be in their club
I got the coldest email from the district manager. I hate being turned down for a job that I know I can do with my eyes closed. The job search continues, we'll see what happens and where I end up. School doesn't start until the end of September so I need to find some extra work to keep me occupied. As far as my current job is concerned, I am liking it, especially certain people, last nite I went to see my friend Matt (**le sigh**) and his comedy improv group and they were hilarious!! I went with this other guy who I am fast becoming good friends with, his name is Dave. Anyhow, so, that's what's happening in my life, I'm still broke and I will be for a while. OH! Im taking care of a gorgeous rescue dog for a few days, his name is Pepe, he is leaving tomorrow, but he is the sweetest thing ever,the downside being that he is part huskie so he has alot ALOT of hair, which sometimes makes me sneeze. I talked to McG on saturday or sunday and he made me SO homesick...I truly miss all my friends in Florida, I miss not being broke and hanging out with down-to-earth people.
Speaking of work, I forgot to say that a bunch of semi-famous people come thru the store all the time, I've seen Minnie Driver, Dominic Monahan (hobbit), and yesterday I rang up Jason Biggs--that was a trip, he has very cute eyes!!! Anyhow, much love to all of you!!!
