Have you ever like been on the bus, and then you sit down in the back in those stupid seats that don't face forward but face the middle? Because it's the only seat left.
And then you notice some German girl sitting down in the back seat facing forward right next to you--and you don't realize that she's actually German until she speaks German to some person sitting next to her.
And you notice how hot she is, with like, a skirt and boots on. And you're sitting there with sunglasses on because you're a little hungover--not enough for anyone else to notice but they make you feel cozy, taking the bus in the morning. And you can sort of look at her with the sunglasses on and she can't really tell where your looking, and you're not being a total pervert, or anything, but you're just checking her out--you know, the same way she's checking you out.
And you keep sitting there sort of looking at each other, and you know you're going to have to get of the bus soon, and you can't think of anything to say. Then your stop comes, you get off, and all you can do is think about those boots, and you feel dumb that all you can remember about this girl is the boots and the attitude that came with them--or because of them.
And you keep walking down the street, and then sort of forget about it by lunch. But totally think about it the whole next time you're on the bus.
Has that ever happened to you?
Not me.
