Week 2. Not as spectacular as last week but still... lost a pound and a bit of waist which is a good thing. I'm certainly taking the habit of eating less... like on Sunday we had such yummy pork with mashed potatoes, mmm, I'd always go for a 2nd plate but this time I said no and resisted. Instead I had some water and what do you know, I felt full not long after. So it's not that I was even hungry for more, it's just tasty and I was used to eating more just for that reason. No more ! But I still crave some stuff though, like I'll have a small serving of something, like say cookies, I'll have 2, and I'm like "that's it ?". But what can I say... have to keep motivated. And speaking of motivation, I've certainly been pushing myself to go out and do my cardio. It's been cloudy lately and even rainy, but hey, I have to do it anyway, so I've dressed up, taken my bike, and off I go, even under a light rain, it's no excuse not to go. Except on Sundays, that's my day off So there you go... I'm supposed to blog everyday about this but I can't find much interesting stuff to say every single day.
