Alright, enough of putting it for later... From now on, I shall eat better, be more active, and for the love of whoever, sleep better too ! So yeah... not like you should care or anything, but I'm just saying... doing it for myself !

its amazing how a simple diet change can make you feel better i stopped eating shit and had miso soup for lunch instead and changed my meals to more healthy dinners and i lost maybe 3inches off my waist within about 3 months...and nearly 15kgs (uh...32pounds?)
i feel freaking good within myself....
