How you doing today? I'm just chilling waiting for Carrie and her hubby to come have dinner with us--i'm thankful, yet can't seem to get all keyed up about the vegan lasagne--there are no noodles, but a bean curd type noodle substitute... they're so nice to have made the casserole, but the hippies all just fall asleep after dinner cause of all the carbs! oh well!
