I've come to reduce my vices down to hot sauce and snack foods. I've had an intense affinity for trail mix lately. Coffee is slowly creeping back on me, but I'm aware of it enough to try to squish it out again. (Time to break out the ol' juicer)

BTW - how you doing? Haven't had much parlay with you in a while.
