it's going all right. down to two cigs a day. this from nine or ten. hope to be completely free in week. the most difficulty i'm having is all my friends smoke. hard to break the behavior patterns. but i've found it easy to refuse the offer. oh, and i haven't bought cigs in two weeks now.phew.

its lots easier when u are in a free smoking environment... like for example when im at my parents cause i never supposed to smoke for them
but the hardest for me its being in a social situation while im telling something exciting with a beer in my hand and the other person smoking in front of me...its like...ohh one wont kill me too much? will it? In fact it will but todays everything does so... its quite like... indulgence...
