greetings.
so the other day, i did a DJ gig on knac.com .... its the largest rock/metal internet radio stations in the world. i've been working with them for about 3 years now. hadn't been on the air in a month or so... but being on there totally reminded me how much i love doing it. its pretty interactive... people can pop in the chatroom and talk to the jock, request songs, etc. but, there is a webcam... which at first is weird, because i know there are thousands of people staring at me. and then, as the hours pass by.. i forget it is there.
i was hanging out with my old roommate tonight... and he showed me a ton of photos he saved from the knac webcam during my first on-air show a couple years ago, apparently to make some presentation to poke fun at me. i used to be on every weekend from midnight to 6am. graveyard show. but since it is the internet, it is worldwide -- so that was prime time for australian fans. i had to do crazy shit to stay awake. perhaps those stories will be shared at another time. anyway, the photo to the left is one such photo. pardon the heavy jpg compression artifacts ... thats the webcam for you.
this journal entry pretty much serves as just an explanation of the photo... and a semi-plug for knac.
kisses,
daze.

I used to have my own morning show at a country music station. Didn't care much for the music but LOVED the endless banter stream that i had to come up with. So much fun. Enjoy
