So, I am now on this big "live healthy, loose weight" kick. I am going to walk 2 miles at least 3 X's a week, and I am eating lower cal foods, etc. Because I realized that I have lost a large proportion of my self esteem lately, and its causing problems with my bf. I have put on 20 lbs since I started college (around 4.5 years ago) and its really starting to piss me off. For those of you who know me, yes I know that I am not fat, and I know that I am within range for my height.
BUT GOD DAMNIT I STILL WANT TO DROP AT LEAST 10 LBS.
So, if any of you have any good tips for me, let 'em roll.
