damn! have any of you worked on buying a house for the first time? Scary... I am looking at a mortgage of a half a million dollars. Of course, it helps having a friend going into it but shit howdy its a spooky thing here in San Diego. The one redeeming thing is that I'll probably make more money in a year doing nothing but living in the place than I do at my job.... freaky shit to be sure. The way I have it figured, this is the best way to become er... comfortable. Anyone have any thoughts on this?
