Ok so in a few hours im going to have my flu injection which basically means the doctor is gonna inject me with the damn flu virus to see if i have the enzymes to fight the damn flu in the first place so im in for a few days possibly a week of feeling like utter shite and still having to go to work at the sametime which is totally unfair and its notlike i can go on the sick because i only have four paydays left untill christmas and i kinda need the money for other things like presents
so yay totally screwed over this week

So....you're getting injected with the flu virus in order to get the flu so that you don't get...the flu? I don't understand this flu shot logic at all. Wouldn't it be easier to just play the odds and have the chance that you won't catch the flu this winter versus injecting yourself with the virus and making yourself sick for certain?

Then again, I have trust issues with doctors so I might be missing something important.

So, eat peanut butter. That'll make EVERYTHING better!
