Had a solid workout yesterday, and a good evening with B and his girlfriend's friends. Met some nice ladies, but they were awfully young. That, and the one I was most attracted to was there to be introduced to one of E's other friends. Big eyes, great smile, visible tattoos. Lovely, but I just kept my distance and managed to have a good time. Shot my mouth off a couple times and got verbal warnings from B. Never a good sign. Good thing I wasn't drinking. Took Bru with me. He was, as always, loved by all.
Strongliifts Session 20 - Workout B
Weigh-in 178 (Thai Food and Beer? Whoa.)
Squats - 5x5 @ 140 - Felt pretty good, even after running to the gym. No soreness today. Body seems to be adapting again already.
Overhead Press - 5x5 @ 85. Said I'd do better. Did better. 3 mins rest between sets. Last one was fuck-off hard.
Deadlift - 1x5 @ 185. Not so bad.
