Today was another workout day. I was sore from Tuesday so I skipped the run to and from the gym.
Stronglifts Session 19 Workout A.
Weigh-in: 174
Squats - 5x5 @ 135. Felt good at the time. Right hip's a bit sore now. Have to pay closer attention to keeping my knees from going over my toes.
Bench Press - 5x5 @ 90. Continues to be easy. 30 seconds rest between sets is plenty.
Barbell Row - 5x5 @ 110. Felt ok. I'm never sure about form on these things. I feel like I'm using my legs to start the momentum on these, but then, so does every lifter I watch a video of on youtube.
Didn't yell at any old ladies today. There's a positive. Didn't talk to anyone at the dog park at all, so it might still have happened. Work is frustrating and I don't want to do it, but that's nothing new. Looking forward to getting out and interacting with people I actually like tomorrow.
It's just after 5PM and the guys upstairs and their guests are already drunk and starting to get loud. Could be an interesting evening.
