I am a "Support Specialist". We work for the state and the Netowrk is a Monitoring Program for teachers to Enter in student scores and monitor their growth. If there are problems with the database they call and we help them out. Even with things like forgetting User Names and Passwords or just answering questions about all the different Reports.

we have had a little snow here, not too much (not enough) but enough to make everything look clean and magical.
