Sorry about the stagnant journal disease...
Here's a recurring theme lately. In the past 2 weeks, I've been asked by various people in the stores I've been at : "Excuse me...can you help me...you work here right...?" Sometimes I laugh and shake my head "no". Sometimes I help them and then tell them afterward I don't actually work there. I've been amused with it. But I don't know how to take it. What is this telling me ? It has happened everywhere from the Salvation Army outlet to Nordstroms to a high end electronics store to Best Buy, etc..... It happens a lot. I don't know...I guess I look helpful...and people need a lot of help....a lot...After all...I am an intelligent ape...Right....?
