good evening cute and sexy sg land. Well crimbo is nearly upon us yet again.
I don't like religion, and I'm not sure i can quite get into "the goddess earth mother gia thing" (although i do like it in principal) and, much as I like the concept of magik and the power of thought, my mind tells me there is far more out there in the cosmos that is unknown than is known but that doesn't mean it is in any way "unknowable" by being some magical realm of "otherness" . Just because something is unknow doesn't mean in cannot "be" known. It just takes time and learning... and sometimes changes in ways of thinking.
There is a massive world of wonder out there, both past and present but also future, it's all there to be experienced and appreciated in all its fun and games. So religion and spirituality aside I shall go play "christmas" and enjoy giving and receiving (in truth i actually find the receiving far more difficult and less fun than the giving!) because it's a time when, for all it's ups and downs, we should be able to have fun in silliness and games, because that's what we, as people, have turned it into.
So where ever you are, what ever you're doing over the next few days, find something beautiful to look at, find something interesting to learn, and allow yourself to smile and be happy in just being "you" and alive in such an amazingly complicated, topsy turvey, complex but ultimately amazing place
