Sometimes I feel like I over-think everything and when opportunities pass, I regret missing them! I really wish it was easier for me to decide on things but I might give this a try for a while and see where the sequence of events leads me...

I almost got rid of my beard tonight but I've decided to sleep on it (literally). Well, I have never been at this stage before, I've let it grow for just over 4 months now and I'm starting to wonder if it looks rediculous!? haha...I'm just looking at some epic beards on google images and I think I have some motivation to keep it a...

Hey everyone! It started snowing in Ireland today and now it's completely white here where I live! I love it! I feel sorry for those who have to drive in it though.

Hi everyone!! It's been too long!

My SG account expires in one week! :( I'm going to try and convince myself to renew my subscription over the next few days and get back into the world of SG again! I guess I got lost & disinterested trying to use the new site but I've just discovered how to tidy up 'My Feed' and now things...

Hi @raindogsteve Sorry for the late reply man! Cheers! I can imagine your disappointment but it's a small world and I hope you get another opportunity to meet him. He was a gentleman and made an effort with each individual he met. I still haven't had a chance to read his book yet but I'm sure it's great!
raindogsteve:
No problem man. He does sound like a real gentleman so I hope I will get to meet him in the future. I am always amazed by the generosity of these guys when we are lucky enough to cross paths with them. I have met quite a few of the Apollo era astronauts and without exception each has been a truly memorable and humbling experience. It may be a little too far for you, but have you heard of the space lectures (www.space-lectures.com) in Yorkshire? They are fantastic if you ever get chance to make the trip. The next one is Ken Mattingly, from Apollo 16, in April. I'm so excited about this one already!

There's nothing more fascinating than the night sky! I think I've finally captured a section of our Milky Way galaxy! Really happy with these shots. I can't wait until the next clear night to try again!
