and you can change your profile pic easy:

go click the little gray bar, called MYSG, next to your mail (yellow envelope symbol) on the left. (MYSG is also your newsfeed, where you can see blog updates of your friends or group updates and new sets in MR of your fave sgs etc).

ok when you are on mysg, on your right you will see in a black bar "Manage your Stuff", under there is a list of options in pink. click there on "PROFILE" and then you can add up to 3 pics.
Make sure, the image, you upload has those dimensions: 235 pixels wide and 175 pixels tall.
