Wow.

I work in a store that sells cd's, dvd's and books. Yesterday a lady walked up to one of the registers with a book in hand. She then pulls out her library card and tries to "check-out" the book. When she was told that this wasn't a library and that she would have to buy the book, she said, "well, I don't want to buy it!" She put the book down and left the store.

Again, wow.
