lunch for me typically consists of:
a glass of (soy, if no regular) milk,
string cheese,
a banana,
one or two cup(s)/container(s) of yogurt,
naked juice,
maybe a cookie or something similar,
the occasional sandwich
no wonder i'm so lean.
then again, i think it's offset by how much crap i consume at work.
