Nothing new - FINALLY!
Pledged to myself to study, exercise and to only drink when there is a reason to celebrate.
Talked to the strength and conditioning coach for a football team, got their workout to build muscle and loose weight (fat). It is a 6 phase year round workout, going to do phase one which is a 6 week plan. Should be interesting, I have already lost 10 since I started working out 2 weeks ago but would like to loose more. He laughed and said if I applied myself I would be bigger than most of the linemen on the team. That would be nice, as long as it is muscle. Now I just have to get someone to really workout with.
Since going to the gym I have actually met some really cool people. The gym is a lot better than the bar scene, easier to understand people when they are not slurring their words with crazy loud music in the background.
