DELIVERANCE
The message you are about to read may not be the most pleasant composition of words. This message will not magically cure you, make your life better or change your world but I truly hope it makes somewhat of a difference, and you feel better. I write this for those who are afraid of new beginnings, suffocated by their pain and looking for a better meaning behind their emotions while lingering away from this cruel world. I write this for those halfway to god still playing chess with the devil and most importantly for myself as a reminder of the pain I have inflicted upon myself and others.
I know that right now as you are reading this, you might be hurt or even bleeding. I know you want to scream out loud about your pain but think that nobody would care to listen. I know you are afraid to go through hell again like you did the night before because it feels as though there is no other way. Open your eyes and look around- you are in hell, right now. Your arms are covered in scars and bruises that seem to never fade away. The makeup is running down your face from never drying eyes and you are feeling numb inside, again, not even certain whether you are dead or have another breath inside.
You don't have to trust me or believe me but you are not alone, not while you are alive. There is always someone, to care, to listen, to understand. You still have yourself even when the room is empty. There is always something left in the world to hold on to. Close your eyes, take a deep breath and think of what you've become and who you wanted to be. What were your dreams of the future? I'm certain you didn't picture yourself sitting in this dark room, wallowing in your pain and slitting your wrists in hope for another chance. You need to understand that in order for someone to love you- you must first learn to love yourself. You have to believe that there is something out there, something more, something better. Have hope and never give up. I have made a lot of mistakes and suffered the consequences but at the end of the night there is another day to come; the world is moving forward, time never stands still and you are the victim of your own demise. The hardest part is to face your own fears and figure out what you truly want from this jaded world; the rest will come- just keep breathing.
