I haven't been around mainly because I've just been super icky feeling lately. I had my breast reduction already so that has been my main concern lately, well healing from it mostly. The actual surgery wasn't so bad I think the lyposuction the Dr. did on each side of my chest was the worst to be honest and is one of the most tender spots right now...not to mention it itches like hell. I also look pretty beaten right now from all of this. I have brusing all the way around to my back shoulderblades right now on the sides and down towards the bottoms of my ribs and up towards my collarbones...not to mention the bruising in my arms from IV's and blood drawings. I seem to bruise really easy now and i think that has something to do with some of the meds I'm currently on but who knows.
Overall I have to say that the pain I have from the surgery isn't as bad now as I thought it would be. I might have psyched myself up for something more than this really was, or maybe it's just because I've been on pain meds all week and am not attempting to go off from them just yet. Which has been a problem in itself too...the pain meds make me really sick to my stomach...enough to keep me bed ridden alot of the time when I'm not paying my ohms to the porcelain god.
The actual bad part about all of this really is just the swelling right now...I'm swollen around my entire chest area and the worst part believe it or not isn't even by the incisions...it's on top of my chest, just under my neck. the PA took my drains out the day after surgery (yes they are exactly what they sound like...little plastic drains with bags on the end to collect fluid from the surgery site). This was fine because the drains were really disgusting looking and I didn't want to have to come home from the hostpital with blood like fluid comming out of little hoses in my tits. Well this fluid that was draining into these drains is now pooling up under my skin on top of my chest. It's not noticeable to the eye but I can feel it moving around in there and my skin feels icky...it moves like a water balloon right now....not to mention I can hear the fluid sloshing around too.
So now that we're all grossed out hearing about this...I'll show you pics of what was done!
Exhibit a.) Before
Big difference between my right and left side there.
That all changed because here is Exhibit b) After
Huge difference considering she took me down 4 cup sizes. I still have some shaping that is in progress and such which is why I have to wear this dorky binder thing around my chest for the next month or so. But I seriously think that after all the healing is pretty much done I'm going to be much happier!

No prob. I've been struggling with getting my drive for running and exercise this year for some reason. Last summer, I was used to running 30-40 miles a week. This year, I'm lucky if I work up the motivation to do half that. With money tight and little time for getting to the gym, and add my shitty metabolism to that, it's hard for me to stay where I've gotten over the last few years.
