Ok so some things truely do amaze me. Or some people I should say.
As some know I used to DJ with an internet radio station. One that for the longest time I held in very high reguards. I had some personal and moral issues with some things that were going on with the station late last year though which I'm not going to divulge in because then I'd sound like a whining ass. I was also having alot of problems with my health and living situation after I had basically been robbed completely of my possessions by an ex. Needless to say I became very depressed and just felt I couln't keep up with doing station business anymore.
Please remember that I was also a co-owner of this station too. I managed it, did alot of design for it etc.
I put my resignation in around the end of December as an on air personality DJ and everything else I was in charge of pretty much went into limbo. (Designs, promotions, commercial slots for other websites, etc). I felt really bad about this at the time as well don't get me wrong. I got pissed though when even my ownership was basically kicked to the curb. This meant that anything I had ever done to bring this station the success it does have nowadays meant nothing and all my art as well.
Well today I was putzin around online (the usual) and someone on msn stops me saying: "hey rech...didn't you design xXx logo?" I says: "yeah I did why?" Someone then says to me: "check out the new designed page, and their new merchandise page" I says: "ok hold on"
So I browse on over to find this: http://www.cafepress.com/radio3x
Now...cafe press is a really cool idea don't get me wrong. It shocks the hell out of me that instead of having their new brilliance in web/graphic designs put something new together they use my old original design i made to put on my site back in early 05. Why is this necessary? I'm not sure. It's an old design and It's one I pretty much made for the old website design I did not these new ones they've put together.
I can't say that I'm not just a bit miffed either. They are charging and making money off from my old design and I'm getting nothing in return for it. Not even a "hey thanks for that design we really like it" or a link back to my personal website as the one who designed this. That's all I'd really ask for was credit but I'm not even getting that right now. So I guess what I really need to figure out is...is this copyright violation against me or not? I have little to no experience with copyright stuff so I just don't know.

Or I could be wrong.
Either way, it's still rather rotten.
Sometimes this work is like feast or famine. I didn't get much work done at all last week (due to the holiday) but this week I'm making up for it by running my ass off. My log book shows me only having 9 hours available to work on Thursday which may be a bit of a problem. I'd better keep the white-out handy.
