Well after some time looking at and using IE7, the GUI looks good which is a good sign for when they release Vista however I did find the following problems:-

It cannot use Javascript properly, mostly graphical errors.
Loss of connection to continually updated webpages . Mostly due to a cookie problem within the IE.

It runs fast but the connectivity is more important to me so I'm going back to IE6...my suggestions would be to wait until the final release comes out before downloading.
