It is a sunny day and the sun shines through the window of a shrinks office. Evy is laying across a red couch. She wears blue jeans and a bright yellow t-shirt. This office is a typical clich of a shrinks office. Accomplishments are in frames hung on the wall book shelves full of books lining the opposite wall from the door and a desk with various items that are regularly found on desks. The doctor is sitting in a black leather chair. He wears the typical sweater vest over a button down shirt, khakis, and black shoes. He is holding a notebook.
Evy (self-actualizing) I think there is really nothing wrong with me, just everyone I meet has some weird issue where they love me at first and then think I am too much later.
Doctor (like a recording) go on
Evy (confused) well, I could be a narcissist or something, I just wish I had a friend more like me.
Doctor (getting up) do you think youre a narcissist? Or are you just looking for an excuse to not have friends? (puts his note pad down) I think thats all the time we have today, so we can pick this up next week.
Evy (getting up) ok doctor, you got it. (she puts on her big sunglasses and leaves)
End scene.
Outside a large brick building on a quite side street Evy sits down to wait for a bus, her head hurts. The day has become the evening, she takes off her big sunglasses and puts them in her oversized bag. Out of what seems like nowhere a person wearing a mask sits down next to her.
