For the nose try this..... get a cup of warm water and put about 2 table spoons of salt in there enuff to make it tase like Tears. then what you do is you snort it up your nose and that should help clear them up. Let me know if you try this.

yeah.. i've been seeing a physiotherapist out here regularly, and she sentme to see a doctor who gave me these pills.
they said if the pills dont work, they want to put a shot of cortisone directly into the muscle at the joint of my vertabrae where all the pain comes from.
