Greetings from the Finch.
Is it summer yet?
Almost. I just have two more weeks to go and next week is dead week (yay!). Finals won't be too bad, I only have two that cover material from the midterm forward and one of those is open book and online (yay again). All the projects for this semester are done and about to be submitted ( double yay). I have to keep telling myself no matter the outcomes that result from these next two weeks that I did my best. But it should not be too bad. The weather has been pretty bad lately and its kind of dragging me down affect wise, I mean it felt so good just to stand and let the sun recharge me. The nerd in me wants to so check the research base and see if there is a correlation between vitamin D production and neurotransmitter reception, uptake, or processing. But more nerd time here in a bit.
Transitioning from school to work.
Speaking of the weather, it was actually good enough to organize my shed (finally). Which entails getting my scroll saw setup (super yay) now all I have to do is get power run out there and get my lights and fans working. But thats minor in the scheme of things. I have been getting more involved in the local non-profits, volunteering, at least until I can find a job (yay to volunteering, boo to job searching). I have decided that I am going to stay put and not move back to Wichita. I think I just need to give it some more time and focus on the positive instead of the negative.
