Went to the movies last night. Saw 'The Dukes of Hazzard' cause Lauren didn't want to see 'The Brothers Grimm.' Then I went home and just passed out for some reason. Woke up at 5:30 and couldn't go back to sleep, so I watched the sun rise and smoked my pipe.

Hopefully this weekend I'm going to take Connor for a walk in the woods....

Anyone know any good movies out? Got the night off! Yay!

Lately I've been doing a lot of thinking about my past actions and how they have and will change my future actions. I find that few things are better than a loyal friend or a new one.

I've come to the conclusion that the only part of being in a relationship is the physical affection. Not just the sex, mind you. Granted, sex is great. Doing much better today. Cleaned up the apartment and got supper planned for tonight. Soon as I finish washing clothes, I'll go pick up Connor and mom and dad's. Then we're off to get some stuff for tonights supper. Nothing like a few pints of Guinness and a good long talk with a friend to make you feel 1000% better.

Lately I feel like the only thing keeping me going is my son, and he's not even 2.

What a wonderful night. I think I'm going to go sit on my balcony and smoke my pipe. This was an oddly satisfying day. DId get the new sequel to Eragon, Eldest. First 150 pages of it are past and I'm satisfied with my $14 spent.

Ugh, had a fight with Lauren last night. Sometimes enough is enough. I don't want to have to physically, financially, and emotionally take care of someone who doesn't even appreciate all that I do for them. She needs to grow up and learn to take care of herself, which is what I told her last night.
