Summer is here! Top off the jeep (along with doors and windows) and getting used to the heat with no a/c. Not nearly as bad as I was expecting. The ability to go pretty much anywhere while still getting better gas mileage is just icing on the cake.

I hate putting a ton of effort into something just to be let down after all is said and done. Why can't people be more perceptive and compassionate?

Mmmm....truffle oil. You make so many things better.

So Heather and I just saw Avatar and I thought it was amazing. There's been a lot of rain lately. Mother Nature can't seem to make up her mind. At least I have the windows off the jeep! I love my jeep.

Soup! I made soup tonight. Wonderful leek and potato soup with bits of crispy bacon and hot, fresh french bread and cold cold milk. So creamy and warm and perfect for this chilly weather. I love soup.

Why is it that I am always finding myself looking back on the stupid mistakes of my past?

My head hurts, but I've started drawing again. Go me.

Life is rough. Too many bad things happen all at once sometimes. I just want a break from it all.

Wow, it's been about forever since I've been on to update. Seldom is the situation where I can log on at work and not get busted. I'd update at home, but for those of you who aren't in the know, but computer is busted...and by busted, I don't mean the wonderful large-breasted woman style, but the broken-down dilapidated style.
