P.S.: As a girl or guy... do you remember what your junior high or high school experience was like? I've been trying to write down some of the assorted shenanigans, misfit behavior, and shit I went through, especially navigating social circles and boys. What memory sticks out to you most? I'm curious.

until my junior year of high school I was below the bottom of the social ladder. It wasn't until I carved a niche with the choir/art/band/acting nerds that I gained any popularity at all

Yes, ditching class and going to one of those dismal chain restaurants that haunt the Valley, like Carrows or Denny's was prime time entertainment (and they seemed so welcoming and even exciting then, with their cranky old waitresses, open 24 hours and I could walk in barefoot and high and it was ALL GOOD -- plus, do you guys remember when Denny's had a smoking section in the back, with a curtain as a divider?? Old school.)

I was friendly with lots of circles, but like you Lance, not until I joined Drama did my life really change. Whether that was for the best, I'm not sure. haha. More friends ='d Less Sobriety. I can't imagine what my life would be like now if I was still on that road. Good girl gone bad, gone good (sex has replaced speed). wink
