Work has gotten a lot better. My biggest problem was my lazy co-worker. The girl who handled
all the co-pay reimbursements quit and we had to take over her workload. It was some new
stuff for me to learn and really frustrating. Plus lazy ass had me doing most of the work claiming
he was helping and doing other stuff.
At our departmental meeting (of three people) I brought up I was feeling overwhelmed and
overworked but also said that I may be overreacting. My supervisors said that I wasn't
exaggerating and that the work wasn't be shared evenly. Like my 300 processed apps to his 30!
Lazy ass didn't know that our new Operating System gives our supervisor the ability to see how
much we do and what files we worked on. And she had spoken to him about it in private before
our meeting. He tried to say he handled all the difficult cases but she blew his argument out the
water saying I handled more difficult cases than he did.
Nothing like vindication to make you feel a bit better.
Pluse, I got a raise!
My second one this year. They want to do everyone in the companies performance reviews
at the same time so we all got reviews and some of us got raises.
Sadly, some people got fired. (Lazy Ass) does just enough to get by. It's only a matter of time
before he fucks up royally.
Aaannnnndddd
Here's your payoff!
Sounds like you're in a similar situation. That nuns photo is priceless!
Congratulations on your raise, at least someone's paying attention to your work!!
