I should really dedicate more time to SG. The girls here are really beautiful in more ways than the obvious. I tend to come to SG to put up some kind of entry and get entrapped in others' entries and reading what other people are up to. Then, before I know it, I don't have time to add anything of my own.
I've always been a numbers kind of guy. I was that guy in class that understood math and like concepts, but failed at creative anything, from writing to physical art. I am always in awe at how creative the people are here, both in style and in language.
A few months ago I took up guitar to try to bring out a slightly creative side. It's actually coming along well, though I my singing is similar to the sound a strangled pig might make. It's good to have balance though, and giving myself some sort of creative vent helps with the overall stress in my life. I'm a long way from ever playing for anybody, but my passion to play is growing and it's getting to where I feel out of sorts if I haven't played in a day or two.
Anyway, I'm off to bed. My support goes out to all you creative people out there, and I find it a damn shame that the school systems are looking to abolish creative classes in favor of higher math scores (even though that's my forte). I'll continue to fight on behalf of those of you who look to create harmony in life and the environment.
