Well, this seems to have become a dying place to me. There just seems to be no returned correspondence anymore. Is everyone leaving? Are you all just coming here to check things out then move on? I miss the whole sense of community I used to have when coming here. It all seemed to end with the big change over. Is that what made people less likely to talk here?
I'm not sure how much longer my subscription is, but when it ends I don't think I will be renewing. I have really enjoyed sg for many years. I made real friends here, some who I talk to quite a bit, but most of them are not on here anymore. Maybe its just that a a whole new generation of people are here now and they don't feel the same sense of togetherness that was felt in the beginning. Perhapse it has just become a place to "check out girls" like so many other sites.
I know I'm beating a dead horse, but I remember requesting friendships here, and people accepting said requests. Now it has become we "follow" others here. It has become really impersonal that way because you have no idea if those you now "follow" really have a clue of who you are.
That brings me on to the next thing. How many of my friends here... um, I mean, my followers here are actually going to see this blog? I wish there was something like the pop out feed bar like there used to be, it helped hugely by telling you when your friends posted a blog, pictures, or a video. The way it is now, you almost have to be lucky and see it before it is rotated out by everything else going on here.
