Ugh...  I finally think that I can sleep like a somewhat normal person and go to bed 2 hours earlier than usual, because I was  tired (that translates to 1 am)  So what happens?  I sleep fine enough (only woke up 4 or 5 times) but my body refuses to get any real sleep time in and wakes me up 4 hours earlier than usual ( 7 am)  How the hell does that work?  I go to bed early and get LESS sleep?!?  I give up.  I will forever be an insomniac.

And I have to train myself to get up at 7 for the new job soon...that's gonna go over well.
