Hello my beautiful people!! I've been away FAR too long, my apologies. Life has been absolutely insane lately.
While I've been away I know that @vanp, @wilhelmine, @riae and @phecda, and (I think) @nebula have had sets come out. I notice that @midnight went Pink while I was away, too (so many congrats, my dear, you totally deserve it!!!!) I missed the Paris shootfest and all it's glory. But if there are other things I've missed (more sets, awesome blogs, whatever) please don't hesitate to let me know, I'll be trying to catch up over the coming weeks!
So, what's my life been like? Well...
we finished up the excavation I've been working on (here's me and my lovely boss, or at least superior).
One of my best friends got married (I was a groomsman, with classy top hat) it was just beautiful, I'll admit.
I became a gun-owner.
I've been working out of Fairplay (the town upon which the show SouthPark is based), doing some absolutely fantastic work.
And... I finalized my housing and everything with school to move to Texas (shudder) in a few months. I'll be starting my PhD at Texas A&M this fall. I'm extremely apprehensive about that, actually (@avrora, I know you said you like Texas-PLEASE come visit me if you're in the States!! We can eat BBQ, shoot guns, and.... whatever else you like😘)
And now, I'm in Alaska, getting ready to be helicoptered out to a site I'll be digging for the next three weeks!! It's exciting as hell, I've never been up here before. I don't know if I'll have cell service out there, but I'm hoping I can keep in touch. Either way, I'll be getting more active again soon...
