@rambo and @missy have asked us to give the actor's studio questions a shot and I think it's been really interesting! So without further ado:
What is your favorite word? I'd have to say 'Indeed'...I say it a LOT. Several coworkers have commented that they say 'Indeed' far more after working with me. I also like the word 'libidinous'. Definitely my favorite GRE word! It's the smart man's way of saying HORNY!š
What is your least favorite word? Any racial slur/bigoted identification. I really just feel that there's no place for such shit in the modern world. Also, I don't like the word labia. Now, let me be clear, I have nothing against the article itself (quite the reverseš!) but the word just seems joyless and cynical to me. They should be called luscious lovely lady lips!
What turns you on, creatively, spiritually, emotionally? I've seen a number of interpretations of this question-I'm choosing to view this as non-sexual turn ons. For me it would be nature, curious and open-minded people, and places with deep antiquity (that is, where people have lived for hundreds or thousands of years).
What turns you off? Greed. Selfishness. Intolerance. That's why I'm glad I don't work in some profit-hungry corporate setting.
What is your favorite curse word? Without question, 'fuck'. It's so versatile! I use the word 'fuck' in nearly every sentence, lol.
What sound or noise do you love? The sound of wind in the trees. Not strong wind, just a gentle breeze whispering through the pines of my native Colorado mountains. My cat purring. He meows REALLY loudly, but he purrs really quietly. I think he wants to maintain his macho image.š¹
What sound/noise do you hate? Sirens. It's like rolling oppression. I realize that not all sirens are related to police incidents, but they certainly don't herald anything good. Also helicopters. I just associate them with government crackdowns (not that that's a big issue hereabouts).
What profession, other than your own, would you like to try? I'm actually lucky enough to enjoy my job, but that's not to say I wouldn't like other things, too. First off, writing. I'd love to be a writer, and I how that it's a dream that will still come to fruition. I'd love to do something artistic, too. I can't draw or paint, but I'd love to try my hand at music or photography. I also like to help people. I think something like the Peace Corps would be very rewarding.
What profession would you not want to try? Any number of things. Health care. I HATE hospitals and doctors. I couldn't handle it. Food service is terrible, people are super ungrateful. The financial industry, reducing people to cold, meaningless numbers. But probably most of all, the military. I'm not a pacifist (though as a Buddhist I really should be), but I'll never cause harm to any living being for anyone else's reasons.
Enough rambling for the moment! Have a great night everyone!
